Weekly squads: Mile End Stadium, 6pm - 7.30pm every Wednesday throughout the year, including school holidays.

Coaching by: TJ, British International sprinter.

Cost: Absolutely free

What to do: Just turn up with a pair of trainers and sports clothing to suit the weather, and you'll be given a warm Met-Track welcome!
