Weekly squads: 3.15pm - 4.45pm Every Monday at Grey Court School, throughout the year.

Coaching by: Wade Bennett-Jackson, British International Sprinter and World Junior Finalist.

Cost: Absolutely free.

What to do: Just turn up with a pair of trainers and sports clothing to suit the weather, and you'll be given a warm Met-Track welcome!
