Weekly squads:Erith Leisure Centre, Avenue Road, Erith, Kent. 4.30pm - 6pm every Tuesday throughout the year, including school holidays.
Coaching by: Gus Ebohinhem Ben, French International sprinter.
Cost: Absolutely free
What to do: Just turn up
with a pair of trainers and sports clothing to suit the weather, and you'll be given
a warm Met-Track welcome!
