Weekly squads: Ravenscroft School sports hall, Barnet Lane N20 8AZ. 3.30pm - 5pm every Tuesday during School Term.

Coaching by: Rion Pierre, British International sprinter. 

Cost: Absolutely free

What to do: Just turn up with a pair of trainers and sports clothing to suit the weather, and you'll be given a warm Met-Track welcome!
