Weekly squads: Copthall Athletics Stadium, Barnet. 4.30pm - 6pm every Tuesday and every week throughout the year, including school holidays.

Coaching by: JJ Jegede, British u/23 International Long Jumper 

Cost: Absolutely free

What to do: Just turn up with a pair of trainers and sports clothing to suit the weather, and you'll be given a warm Met-Track welcome!
